At Lash Lab, we take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns.

All Sales Are Final

For sanitary and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
This policy applies to but is not limited to:

Brow, skin or beauty related item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our support email with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Photos of the original packaging
Once reviewed and approved we may offer:

A replacement item or

Store credit at our discretion
Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified we will correct the issue by sending the correct item.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Minor packaging imperfections

Change of mind or dissatisfaction based on personal preference

Failure to follow product care or usage instructions
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed, as processing begins immediately.
